I’m ten days away from getting out of town for a few days, heading to Florida to board a Royal Caribbean ship to celebrate my friend Jaime’s 40th birthday. 40’s a big year, and I think that cruising is a great way to kick off a birthday month! It’s basically like staying at an all-inclusive resort that moves to a different beach every day. I will be shooting the hell out of pictures and will have a longer post about not only the destinations but the ship and cruise company that I will be traveling on. I’ve done cruises before, but this will be my first time on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship – let’s see how it compares to a few that I’ve been on.

This picture looks like a paradise for kids, but I am a kid at heart, so… actually, I am looking forward to long days with tiki drinks poolside and checking out the nightlife on this floating city. More to follow!
